Ecstatic Dance with Megan Hill
Megan will guide you into a free-flowing dance experience where the music becomes a pathway to explore your body’s natural movement and emotional expression. Ecstatic dance is a practice where the usual rules of structured choreography are left behind, and the focus is purely on authentic self-expression. Expect an intuitive journey through different musical textures, from slow and grounding beats to uplifting rhythms, inviting you to move without judgment and to feel into your body's natural impulses. Whether you want to get grounded, release old energy, or simply surrender to the rhythm, this is your space to let go and connect deeply to yourself.

Sound Journey with Shannon Brown

After the ecstatic dance, Shannon will guide you into a deeply relaxing sound journey to help integrate the energy of the movement. Using crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and her angelic voice, Shannon will create a soothing sound bath that invites you to fully surrender and relax. The vibrations will help release tension, calm the nervous system, and restore balance, while her voice will carry you into a meditative space of peace and healing.

What to Expect:

• Ecstatic Dance: A guided, free-flowing movement practice where you can release tension, connect to your body, and dance without judgment. There will be an emphasis on body awareness and emotional expression. No experience is required—just an open heart and willingness to move however you feel called.
