During this Still Mind Meditation, we will be setting our intentions and/or desires for the Ecstatic Dance that will follow.
7:15pm-8:15pm: Ecstatic Dance
Ecstatic Dance is a free-form movement experience held in a supportive, intentional space. It’s an opportunity for everyone to show up as themselves, drop into a meditative flow, and let movement be guided from within.
This is a Love Donation based event, which means you can give as much money (please no more crystals 😀) as you desire.
Dance Guidelines
To keep the space safe and enjoyable for all:
1. Silent Dance floor
No talking on the dance floor. This helps everyone stay present and connected to their own movement.
2. Come as You Are
Please refrain from drugs, alcohol, and phone use. This keeps the environment grounded, distraction-free, and respectful for all participants.
3. No Physical Contact
You may share space or invite someone to dance through movement, but please avoid any physical touch.
Coffee, tea, and water will be available after the Dance 😊
If you are wanting to come to just the Dance or the Meditation portion of the event that is okay too, hope to see you there.
