Join us for a transformative journey as Ana channels the dynamic energy of the 5Rhythms, a method developed by Gabrielle Roth in the 1970s. Dive into a fusion of movement, rhythm, and self-expression, exploring the rhythms of flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical, and stillness.
Recommended attire: Comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement and self-expression. Bare feet or lightweight dance shoes are ideal for connecting with the rhythm and flow of the music.
During the session, blinds are available to create a more intimate moment where all participants wear blinders. This method helps participants feel more liberated as everyone has the blinders on, allowing for a deeper connection to oneself and the music.
