The next ecstatic dance is happening on Saturday March 14th from 6:45–9:30pm 💃🏻🕺✨And my birthday is March 15th… so this one is going to have BIG fun birthday energy 🥳 Expect extra joy, extra celebration, and a whole lot of magic on the dance floor.
This event will be DJ’d live and the journey is going to be 🔥
If you’ve never tried ecstatic dance before, this is your invitation to see what the magic is all about.
This is a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space. If you’re feeling called, come — even if you come alone. So many people do. You will be welcomed into an amazing community.
Ecstatic dance is a free-form somatic and embodiment experience.
No choreography.
No performance.
No right or wrong way to move.
You truly cannot dance wrong.
It’s about letting the music move YOU and seeing what shifts when you move authentically with the energy.
Something powerful happens when you give yourself permission to express instead of perform. When you move what’s actually inside you — joy, grief, stress, excitement — it shifts.
Dance/movement can be incredibly therapeutic and cathartic. It helps regulate the nervous system, unlock stuck emotion, and reconnect you to your body.
And it’s also SO much fun! 💗
There is space here to laugh, cry, sweat, celebrate, and heal through joy.
The music is a journey through many genres, intentionally woven together to create a spiritually liberating and expansive experience. We’ll build, soften, rise, and land together.
Ecstatic Dance Guidelines:
To keep the container safe and supportive for everyone:
✨ Sober space – No alcohol or substances.
✨ No talking on the dance floor – There is space outside the dance area if you’d like to chat.
✨ Consent is key – Non-verbal connection is welcome, always mutual.
✨ Rest when you need – Take water breaks, sit, stretch, lie down. You are never expected to dance the whole time. Simply resting and being in the energy of the room is a powerful experience.
✨ There is no wrong way to move – This is about expression, not performance.

Sliding scale $25–40, $30 suggested
