Ecstatic dance is more than movement. It’s a release for the body, a reset for the mind, and a reminder of the joy in simply being present.Join us for a judgment-free, inhibition-free space to dance without talking, drinking, or the nightclub vibe. This is a freeform movement practice with no choreography, where all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds are welcome. Franco Abbott will curate a mixed playlist including Amapiano, African music, and tribal beats. The music and energy will build throughout the event, then we’ll slow things back down and close with a brief seated meditation.
