The next ecstatic dance is going down on Saturday November 1 from 645-9:30pm! 💃🏻🕺🥳 Costumes optional but feel free to dress up!This event will be Dj'd live and it's going to be a ton of fun with great energy!
If you've never tried ecstatic dance before, you are encouraged to lean in and see what all the magic is about! ✨
Something really powerful happens when we dance uninhibited - By giving ourselves permission to express ourselves fully, we unlock new levels of self acceptance, self love, and are able to facilitate lasting shifts at the nervous system level.
Plus it's so much fun!! (Like, SO much fun! 😍)
The music will be 🔥!
The vibes will be high! 🚀
And as always, we'll have a blast co-creating some magic together!
**You are not required or expected to dance the whole time. You are more than welcome to sit in a chair or lay on the ground the entire time if you'd like. Simply being in the room and feeling the music and the energy of the container is an experience itself and it's a whole vibe - trust me 😘 **
**Also this is not about dance ability - this is a free form somatic experience where you move however the music guides you to.
The exchange for the event is a sliding scale $25-40, with $30 being the suggested exchange. As always if financial assistance is needed, please reach out as I don't want anyone turned away due to lack of funds.

🚗 Free parking available onsite.
🚫 This is a scent-free space – please no perfume/cologne.
📅 Arrive on time so we can open the space together at 7:00.
👟 Bring indoor shoes if it’s rainy to help us keep the floor clean.
💧 Bring water, wear loose comfy clothes you can move in, and come with an open heart and an intention.
