Ecstatic dancing or conscious raving is about letting go into music where we move freely to the beat of electronic dance music. Through this we can achieve a feeling of ecstasy and trance, leading to embodiment or full presence. No experience or ability is needed and all are welcome. Even if you feel you can't dance, there is no judgment as It's really about movement, connection with the music and embodiment. Ecstatic dancing is a form of meditation that can help people cope with stress and achieve serenity. It's practiced within a safe and sacred space, where we can let go of being the dancer and merge back into our natural state of being.
