March's ecstatic dance is going down on Saturday March 15 from 645-9:30pm! 💃🏻🕺🥳This event is going to be extra special for 2 reasons:
1) It's my bday! 🥳
2) I'll be djing it live for the first time!
I love the practice of ecstatic dance so much, it's completely changed my life - If you've never tried it before, you are encouraged to lean in and see what all the magic is about! ✨
This practice encourages you to drop out of the stories of the mind and tap into the wisdom in the body through the somatic and embodiment practice of ecstatic dance!
Something really powerful happens when we dance uninhibited.
By giving ourselves permission to express ourselves fully, we unlock new levels of self acceptance, self love, and are able to facilitate lasting shifts at the nervous system level.
Plus it's so much fun!! (Like, SO much fun! 😍)
The music will be 🔥!
The vibes will be high! 🚀
And as always, we'll have a blast co-creating some magic together!
Logistic details:
-The event is $25, and it's ideal to reserve your spot in advance as it's going to fill up and I have to cap capacity so we can all fit and have a comfortable dancing experience.
-Location is 2115 Chilver Rd (Church on Chilver and Tecumseh, the entrance is on Chilver behind all the plants)
-Parking is on any of the side streets. This event will be FULL so please plan to arrive early in case you need to walk a couple blocks. Carpooling is encouraged when possible.
****-arrive ON TIME so we can lock the doors and open the space right at 7.****
-bring water, wear loose comfy clothes you can move and groove in, wear shoes (the floor is hard!) and bring an open heart and an intention.
***If it's snowy, please bring a different pair of shoes to dance in so you can leave your wet shoes at the door and we can keep the dance floor clean and dry :) ***
