Join us for the first event of 2025!Soul movement is an immersive sound journey in free-form movement held in a safe and sacred space, facilitated by your host DJ Christopherr.
We will start with an opportunity to ground ourselves, connect to the earth and breath - then the music starts and we are guided through a soundscape of deep tribal house music to enjoy the freedom of letting our body move and flow how it needs, with no judgment.
You are invited to flow, play, connect, sweat, stretch, sound, unwind, renew, release, improvise and transform. Be true to yourself while respecting your body in this space that we co-create together. Move your body, unleash your wild dancing self without judgement, claim your freedom and open your heart!

Cost is £15 booked before or paid cash on the night, this includes warming cacao/root drink to ground us.
The evening starts at 7pm, bring a water bottle and a blanket if you want to snuggle up while we wind down :)
