Come join us for a night of pure ecstasy through movement and music at CNTR: A Creative Event Venue. Let your body groove to the beats and your soul soar as you dance freely in a judgment-free space. This event is all about self-expression and connection with others through movement. No experience needed, just bring your positive vibes and get ready to dance like nobody's watching!

The night will begin at 9pm with a hug workshop facilitated by RVA Therapy Collective's Xander Matu.

Following the workshop, we will flow into Ecstatic Dance with tunes being spun by DJ The DEA until Midnight.

Ecstatic Dance Participation Guidelines [Please Read]:

• This is a safe space for all to come dance, connect, and express themselves authentically.
• We encourage authenticity and freedom of expression as long as it is not harmful or directed at another participant. Everyone is responsible for their own perceptions, implied meanings, and emotional states.When you speak to another participant, please think how about how it will be receieved.
• We do not tolerate any insults, negativity, obscene language, or mean comments towards other participants or the organizers. If you choose to do this, you will kindly be asked to leave and not allowed back for future RVA Therapy Collective events.
• To participate, everyone must agree to these rules and standards of acceptible behavior.
