Our Ecstatic Soul Journey is running every month in Coolum Beach, where we celebrate the joy of movement and the power of community. This unique gathering offers a safe and welcoming space for individuals of all backgrounds to express themselves freely through dance. Whether youβre an experienced dancer or a complete beginner, our event is designed to help you connect with your body, mind, and soul in a profound way.

Itβs about connecting with your body, surrendering to the music, and releasing energies that no longer serve you. For Nate, itβs a way of sharing high-vibrational and creative moments with a community, inviting others to join him in embracing the magic of movement and music.

π Mindfulness Movement ~
π Playful Connection & Soulful Relating ~ weβre igniting deep, authentic connections through play-based connection and relating games. As a certified Trauma-Informed and Play-Based Facilitator, I, Nate, weave these transformative games into our event to create a vibrant, inclusive community where everyone feels safe to express their soulβs voice. These games ~ rooted in somatic awareness, improv, and relational presence ~ dissolve barriers, spark joy, and drop us into the present moment, fostering bonds that feel like coming home.
π Ecstatic Dance ~ Nate will guide you on a musical journey that encourages free-form movement and self-expression. Dancing in noble silence on the dance floor, the eclectic mix of music will help you let go of inhibitions and move freely. There are no steps to learn and no right or wrong way to move β just follow your bodyβs natural rhythm and let the music guide you.
This practice also helps to regulate your nervous system, promoting a state of calm and relaxation. Embrace the flow, feel the music, and allow your mind and body to find harmony.
π Quantum and Metta Meditation ~ After the dance, we will transition into a quantum meditation session. This meditation is designed to help you embody the person you want to be in your life. By connecting to the quantum field of limitless potential, you will visualise and align with your true career path, personal aspirations, and highest self. This transformative practice will integrate the energy of the dance and anchor your intentions into your reality.
π Sound Healing ~ Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations that harmonise mind and body. Simply relax, tune into your breath and senses, and observe your thoughts without judgment, embracing a state of mindful awareness.

π What to Bring

π Ecstatic Dance Agreements
β¨ Move however you wish: There are no specific steps or routines. Let your body guide you.
β¨ Respect silence: Treat the dance as a moving meditation. On the dance floor, maintain Noble Silence to allow everyone to stay in their flow and their meditative state.
β¨ Respect personal space: Be mindful of others' space. Dance alone or with others only if there is mutual agreement.
β¨ Barefoot dancing if possible: Dance barefoot to fully connect with the ground and enhance your experience.
β¨ No phones or cameras: Keep electronic devices away to maintain the present, immersive experience.
β¨ No drugs or alcohol: The event is a substance-free space. Embrace the natural high of music and movement.
β¨ Please avoid strong perfumes, as some people may be sensitive to scents.
β¨ Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water and take care of your body.
β¨ Support each other: Create a safe and inclusive environment where everyone feels supported.

β£οΈ Meet Nate ~ Nate, originally from Paris with Laotian heritage, has been immersed in the art of dance since childhood. Raised in the vibrant Lao Community party scene, his teenage years were filled with house parties, nightclubs, and free-spirited gatherings in nature. Nate discovered the transformative power of dance early on, finding solace and joy in its rhythms.
~ Nate living now in Coolum Beach, wears many hats: from guiding you through ecstatic dance as a facilitator and setting the mood with his DJ skills, to utilising his skills as an NLP practitioner, hypnotherapist, meditation teacher to enhance your experience. With his diverse skill set and deep passion for transformation, Nate invites you to embark on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and pure joy through movement, music, and mindfulness.
β£οΈ Meet SaΓumi ~ With a fusion of world instruments and live looping, SaΓumi creates potent, transformative musical experiences. Guided by sacred traditions and the elemental sounds of nature, his music flows from deep tribal rhythms to ambient bliss - fully improvised and crafted live in the moment. SaΓumiβs sets are immersive journeys that awaken embodied movement, deep presence, and heartfelt connection. Weaving together flutes, handpan, didgeridoo, piano, voice, and percussion, he creates portals that awaken the body, soften the heart, and illuminate the soul. His intention is to create beautiful music that uplifts and inspires, offering an authentic space for dance, moving meditation, and deep inner journeys.
β£οΈ Meet Sammie ~Sammie is a dedicated space holder, passionate about guiding others into deep states of inner exploration through sound. Blending classical sound healing instruments with modern electronics and ethereal vocals, she creates immersive, emotive, and trance-like experiences.
For over seven years, Sammie has been creating and holding spaces for others. Weaving between worlds and drawing from a variety of teachings, wisdom traditions, and personal experience. Her craft is ever-evolving, reflecting her connection to sound, energy, and the unseen.
