Inspired by the energy of ecstatic dance, this is about listening inward and letting movement arise naturally. Some people dance, some stretch, some stay still or breathe. All forms of expression are welcome here.

📍 Michelle’s Academy of Dance – 101 Appian Way, Suite 102, Brighton MI
🌀 Doors open: 9:15am
🌟 Opening Circle: 9:30am (please arrive early to sign in and settle)
🎶 Freeform Movement: immediately after circle
🫶 Closing Circle: final 10–15 minutes
💰 Sliding Scale Donation: $8–$25
