Join us for an Ecstatic Dance Journey in Ås!
For our third edition of Ecstatic Dance Ås, we will explore the fire element in our dance. On these cold winter days its important to keep the fire burining, inside as well as outside. So lets give the inner fire a real boost!
The journey will last 1h30min with guided and free dance.
This is a space for everyone, regardless of age, gender and ethnicity, to explore ourselves through dance, movement, and connection to the body and eachother. Here, you’re free to be whoever you need to be!
Please keep in mind the following guidelines to maintain a safe and welcoming environment:
- BE PRESENT: No phones or cameras
- EMBODIMENT: No talking or verbal communication
- CLEAR MIND: No intoxicants
- GROUNDING: Please remove outside shoes
- Most importantly, BE FREE: Dance however you wish, without judgment. Together, we’ll embrace all parts of ourselves.
