Ecstatic Dance je starobylý a súčasne moderný tanečný rituál. V rôznych kultúrach ho ľudia po stáročia využívajú na očistu, liečenie a oslavu. Dnes po celom svete vytvára bezpečný priestor, kde môžeme spontánne tancovať, zdieľať spoločnú energiu a byť naplno sami sebou.
Pôvodné národy si prostredníctvom masiek mali možnosť vyskúšať rôzne identity a prijať v sebe aj tie časti seba, ktoré v každodennom živote potláčajú. Mohli sa rozhodnúť, ktorá identita už nie je v súlade s ich dušou a ktorá naopak podporuje ich najvyšší potenciál. Podobne aj extatický tanec je cesta hudbou rôznej atmosféry, tempa a emócii, pri ktorej máme možnosť precítiť rôzne aspekty samých seba, rôzne archetypy a identity a preskúmať aj tie časti v nás a pohyby, ktoré môžno v sebe neprijímame a nekultivujeme.
Ako prebieha večer:
1. Kakaová ceremónia
* Spoločne stíšime myseľ, rozdýchame sa a naladíme sa na svoje srdce a zámer na tento večer a ďalšie obdobie nášho života.
2. Pohybový warm-up
* Rozprúdime telo, jemne aktivujeme svaly a vnútornú energiu, aby sme boli pripravení ponoriť sa do tanca.
3. Ecstatic Dance cesta
* DJ Jobbi Tao nás prevedie hudobným svetom rôznych rytmov, emócií a tempa. Môžeme sa tešiť na jeho energiu nabitú ohňom a radosťou, ktorá je veľmi chytlavá a naposledy sme všetci skončili spolu s ním na stagi na Vajnorskej :)
* Každý môže prežívať tento tanec svojím vlastným spôsobom, či už ponorením do seba, v meditácii alebo v divokom a dynamickom tanci, každopádne budeme mať priestor na to uvoľniť stagnujúcu energiu a dovoliť si vyjadriť svoju autentickú podstatu.
4. Sound Healing
* Záverečná zvuková relaxácia so spevom s MAAR, pri ktorej sa môžete pridať aj spevom alebo len ostať ležať a počúvať. Prehĺbime vnútorný proces a integrujeme všetko, čo sa počas tanca uvoľnilo a transformovalo.
Základné dohody Ecstatic Dance:
* Bez slov: Vytvárame priestor ticha, kde komunikujeme najmä pohybom a vzájomným rešpektom.
* Bez hodnotenia: Podporujeme sa navzájom v slobodnom prejave. Nehodnotíme ani neposudzujeme.
* Kontakt podľa súhlasu: Tancujeme individuálne alebo s inými, vždy s ohľadom na hranice a komfort každého.
* Bez vplyvu drog či alkoholu: Zachovávame čistý a bezpečný priestor pre skutočné spojenie so sebou a druhými.

Srdcem muzikant, duší tanečník. Zakladatel Ecstatic Life. DJingu se věnuje již neuvěřitelných 25 let. Hrál ve vyprodaných klubech, pro tisíce lidí na letních festivalech. Ecstatic Dance is an ancient and at the same time modern dance ritual:
* In various cultures, people have used it for centuries for purification, healing and celebration.
* Today, around the world, he creates a safe space where we can dance spontaneously, share common energy and be fully ourselves.
*Through masks, indigenous peoples had the opportunity to try out different identities and accept in themselves even those parts of themselves that they suppress in everyday life. They could decide which identity no longer aligns with their soul and which instead supports their highest potential. Similarly, ecstatic dance is a journey through music of different atmospheres, tempos and emotions, during which we have the opportunity to feel different aspects of ourselves, different archetypes and identities and to explore those parts of us and movements that we may not accept and cultivate in ourselves.
How the evening goes:
1. Opening circle and cacao ceremony
* Together we quiet the mind, breathe, open the heart and set the intention for the night.
2. Movement warm-up
* We will stir up the body, gently activate the muscles and internal energy so that we are ready to immerse ourselves in the dance.
3. Ecstatic Dance path
* DJ Jobbi Tao will guide us through the musical world of different rhythms, emotions and tempos.
* In this way, we release stagnant energy and allow ourselves to express our authentic essence - whether through wild dancing, gentle movement or even peaceful sitting meditation.
4. Sound Healing/Singing Circle
* The final sound relaxation deepens the inner process and helps to integrate all that has been released and transformed during the dance. We can either just listen or join the singing.

* No words: We create a space of silence where we communicate mainly through movement and mutual respect.
* No judgement : We support each other in free expression.
* Contact by consent: We dance individually or with others, always respecting everyone's boundaries and comfort.

When he discovered Ecstatic Dance years ago, he literally fell in love with the possibility of playing much more colorfully, with a deeper meaning. In his diverse music selection, which sails across genres and continents, one can clearly feel the sun shining with joy, playfulness and lightness.
