Step into a sanctuary of breath, energy, and sound with Ecstatic Awakening Breathwork & Sound Bath Journey. The journey begins with guided breathwork, accompanied by intuitive energy work and music that will take you on a journey. As you tap into the power of your breath, you'll open energetic channels, awaken your intuition, and access higher states of consciousness. You will have to option for hands-on intuitive energy healing, or you may opt-out.

Following the breathwork journey, you will be bathed in the vibrations and frequencies of sound that may include the gong, ocean drum, crystal bowls, chimes, and rain stick. The sound bath will harmonize with your energy and further open energetic channels.

This combination of breath and sound creates a potent alchemy, enabling you to awaken your life force energy, access multidimensional transformation, and experience profound insights. This experience offers a unique opportunity to connect with your inner self on a deeper level.

This journey will be guided by Tiffany Jade at the Blue Lotus Temple (a private residence in Rincon Valley, Santa Rosa). The address will be provided at the bottom of the confirmation email (please scroll *all the way to the bottom* of the email to the Custom Notes section).

Space is limited. Please register to reserve your spot (message me if you prefer another method of payment).

You will be lying down during this journey. Please bring a yoga mat, sleeping bag, or blanket, and any layers to stay comfortable. You may also wish to bring an eye mask, a journal, and some water.
