This class is designed to introduce students to CranioSacral treatment and hands on practice with horses. CranioSacral work is a holistic healing practice which uses extremely light finger pressure to optimize the musculoskeletal health. When applied correctly, this gentle and subtle technique can be highly effective in addressing a number of conditions in the horse.
This workshop is conducted over four consecutive days. Part of each day is devoted to the study of the specific cranial bones of the horse. A genuine horse skull and bones are used to help correlate, anatomically, the hands-on techniques taught throughout the course.
A significant amount of time is devoted to practical work
with horses, so that students can develop the skills necessary for addressing many equine conditions and each individual horse’s needs.
