EVENT POSTPONED UNTIL JUNE 2021
The Children's History Society PGR and ECR Representatives invite you to a pre-conference event. Come along to meet other PGRs and ECRs before the main conference starts.
The event begins at 4.30pm in room [TBC] of the Manchester Met Business School (All Saints Building).
We will start with an informal 'Academic Speed Dating' session so you can get to know a bit about each other's research, with conversations continuing over tea and cake.
We will head out for drinks and dinner in Manchester at 6pm (locations TBC).
Event timings:
4.30-6pm - Academic Speed Dating with tea and cake
6-7pm - drinks at a local pub
7pm - dinner at a local restaurant
All refreshments at the Speed Dating will be provided at no cost to attendees. Drinks and dinner afterwards will be an opportunity to extend the evening. All pre-conference event attendees are warmly invited to attend, but should know we are unable to cover these costs.
