The housing crisis in the New Orleans metropolitan region is being driven by a variety of factors with insurance at the top of the list. The goal of this seminar is to provide insights into the causes of the housing crisis with a focus on the Louisiana insurance crisis which will be followed up by a discussion of the other major factors contributing to the overall housing crisis.
Seminar has been approved by the Louisiana Real Estate Commission (Vendor# 9125) for 2 hours of continuing education credit. Louisiana Appraiser Board approval pending.
