When we carve out time for silence, in nature, with ourselves while we connect with the earth, a deep sense of peace and calm can begin to settle within our inner world. This is an opportunity to create a deep connection with nature by being in a paddock with fresh air, trees, quiet, the sound of a nearby river. Ideally being barefoot.
A series of short mindfulness exercises including walking, writing, silent periods, will be introduced in a small group setting.
If the weather is dismal the event will be cancelled. Transport could be arranged if there is enough notice.
