Become a Citizen Scientist!Let a Phinizy Center Eco Explorer Guide take you on a hike over our beautiful Floodplains boardwalk and learn a little history the Phinizy Center. Next, you will get to experience Phinizy Swamp with a more hands on approach by jumping into some waders and dip netting for "macs" in our Sunrise pond. You will get to learn why and how these little bugs are important to us. We will tell about the exciting projects that our Research team have been working on and conclude all this fun with refreshments in our beautiful Visitor Center Swamp Shop with giveaways.
This is a very unique experience that Destination Augusta and the Phinizy Center has created for YOU.
