You’ll be welcomed into a calming and comfortable space infused with reiki energy where you'll experience the transformative power of Michelle's beautiful quartz crystal singing bowls. Played with healing intentions, their frequencies can tune in to the body's energy centres (chakras) to gently guide your nervous system to balance. As your body and mind begin to work in harmony, the natural healing environment within you can be restored.
There are no expectations on you during the class, you don’t need to speak or explain, and you don't need to bring anything but yourself - comfortable mats, pillows, blankets and eye masks are all provided. Don't worry if you are on your own, many people attend on their own and no experience is required as Michelle will make you feel at ease and will explain all you need to know.
You’ll be fully clothed and invited to get comfortable on the luxurious mats, under the cosy blankets and you will be taken through a gentle guided relaxation before any bowls or instruments are played.
You will also be taken through a gentle guided relaxation and will have a crystal to hold as you're immersed in the healing crystal frequencies.
At the end of the class you'll be served an optional herbal tea as you read your angel/universe guidance card.
Leave feeling deeply relaxed, with a new sense of self-worth and an inner calm.
💖 As this session falls within eclipse season which is a time for working through the unknown, trusting; listening to our hearts and having courage to take action, the intention at the heart will be for you to have the strength to push through any discomfort or limiting beliefs holding you back, and to prepare you - body, mind and soul - for the potentially huge changes coming your way.
💖 I will focus on grounding, deep relaxation, harnessing inner strength and power, - giving special attention to all of the chakras to promote nervous system coherence, strengthening the connection between the heart and soul, making way for shifts in consciousness and spiritual downloads, allowing you to follow your intuition without doubt or fear.
Additional Info:
* Doors open 10 minutes before class
* Comfy mat, blankets, cushions, and eye mask all provided (you're welcome to bring an extra blanket/fluffy socks)
* Clothes that you are happy lying down in are recommended - e.g trousers and a jumper.
* You won't be asked to do any moving about other than to lie down on the comfortable mat on the floor, and you're fully clothed under the blankets during the session.
* Those with pacemakers, or severe mental health conditions, or in their first trimester of pregnancy should consult their GP before attending.
* Please advise Michelle of any allergies before attending.
