To keep the space safe, warm, and respectful for everyone:
- Respect Boundaries: Avoid asking for personal details unless someone shares them willingly.
- Consent First: No photos, videos, or recordings of others without clear permission.
- Be Fully Present: Please keep phone use minimal to honour the experience and conversations.
- Zero Tolerance: Any harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour will lead to immediate removal and a lifetime ban from all future events.
- Safety Matters: If you notice someone feeling uncomfortable or unsafe, inform a host immediately.
- Arrive Early: Doors close at 4:15 PM to maintain the immersive flow. Late entries may not be allowed.
Terms & Conditions:
- Open to individuals aged 18 to 35 only.
- Entry permitted only with a valid registration confirmation.
- Minimal photography will be conducted with group-wide consent.
- Outside food or beverages are not allowed.
- Respectful behaviour is mandatory; organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any participant for misconduct.
Refund & Cancellation Policy:
- No Refunds: Once booked, tickets are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Ticket Transfer: Passes can be transferred only with prior approval from the organizers.
- Organizer Cancels: In the event of cancellation, your ticket will be valid for the next session or the rescheduled date. (No cash refunds will be issued.)
- Rescheduling: If the event is postponed, your registration remains valid. Updates will be shared through official channels (WhatsApp, email, website, or social media).
- No-Show Policy: Attendees who do not show up will not receive a refund or transfer option.
- Force Majeure: For unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, emergencies), refunds or credits will be based on organizer discretion.
