Here we are!!! We are all blessed with another container of time to cultivate and live our best lives! Join us for a community gathering to celebrate the year gone by and welcome the new one with open hearts.
The Gathering:
Join us for a community gathering to celebrate the year gone by and welcome the new one with open hearts. We’ll start by releasing bodily tensions and practicing pranayama for balance. Next, we’ll explore the psychological aspects of “letting go” and transforming limitations into opportunities. Together, we’ll chant healing mantras to invite higher vibrations of abundance. Our journey continues with a Yoga Nidra session, allowing us to let go and welcome blessings for the coming year. We’ll conclude with a soothing Ayurvedic tea ceremony, creating a space for mingling, reflection, and connection. This harmonious flow of practices nurtures individual well-being and fosters a strong sense of community.
What to Bring: (PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY)
- Yoga mat
- Pillow or meditation cushion
- Blanket (you’ll want to be cozy for meditation and yoga nidra journey)
- Water bottle
- Eye mask (optional)
- Journal (optional)
- Personal crystals for charging at the altar (optional)
- Any other items to make your experience comfortable and pleasant
Dress Code:
Please wear comfortable, natural-fabric clothing in white or light colors, with layers to adjust as you may feel warm or cool throughout the journey.
Parking:
Street parking is available near the clubhouse.
Please arrive on time (doors open at10:45am) as we have limited time with alot to offer. We look forward to sharing this beautiful journey with you.
