Step into the gallery and allow the artwork, soft lighting, and gentle atmosphere to welcome you into a different way of being—slower, softer, more connected. As you settle in, you will be guided into stillness while waves of crystal bowls, chimes, gong, and other healing instruments wash through the room, inviting your nervous system to unwind and your heart to open.
This sound healing ceremony is an opportunity to:

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and any cushions or pillows you need to create a cozy resting nest on the gallery floor, as you will be lying down comfortably for most of the ceremony.
