About this Event
The Emerging Lotus Meditation Center invites you to experience the transformative power of meditation in a supportive and peaceful environment.

Time: 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Doors open at 6:40 PM. Please arrive on time, as no entry will be allowed after 7:00 PM.
This in person event will combine guided meditation, sound meditation, and moments of silence, creating a soothing experience designed to melt away stress and promote relaxation.
To make the most of your experience, we encourage you to bring:
- A yoga mat or cushion to lie on.
- Pillow(s) for neck and knee support.
- A blanket or any other items to aid in your comfort and warmth.
- A limited number of chairs will be provided for those who prefer not to lie on the floor.
During this 60-minute session, you’ll:
