Artist launch of myself a UK born Caribbean DJ, producer and afrofuturism artist.
I blends African mysticism, Jamaican reggae and central American sharmanic practices with electronic music. Veteran DJ, I began creating the music I felt was missing from dancefloors, the stuff that’ll keep you up all night sweating—out of your brain—in the present—in your body.
We’ll be performing parts of our new collaborative album and joined by Djucker, aboriginal viking, playing the didgeridoo.
Local DJs Campstelli, creator of Encamped Aus will be joining us as as well as dance teacher DJ Marina
Echoes of Africa is a call to return to and learn from the wisdom of old.
