This somatic movement class invites you to gently explore how emotion lives in the body and how intentional movement can help release and transform it. Through guided somatic practices, intuitive movement, music, and Reiki energy healing, we’ll create a supportive space to reconnect with your body’s wisdom and allow your emotional landscape to be witnessed and honored.
This class is ideal for anyone interested in the mind-body connection and seeking a safe, embodied way to explore their inner world.
