✨ Crystals chosen for gratitude and grounding will be joining us for the sound bath, soaking in the same healing frequencies — and will be available for purchase afterward for those who wish to take a piece of the energy home.
We encourage guests to bring yoga mats, blankets, or pillows — anything that helps you get cozy and comfortable as you settle into stillness on the floor.
