We are gathering 15-20 of the top cover band musicians from the Ms coast region, from as many different bands as possible. This time of the classic rock genre, to gather for a Jam Session. (The fantasy Jam Band) But not any ordinary Jam session. An equal number of singers, guitarists, drummers, bass players and other instrumentalists will be invited (the invitational). Then we will randomly draw the musicians names to form 3-5 piece bands on the spot. Then each band will randomly draw titles to 2 - 3 popular classic rock cover songs to perform on stage that night in front of a live audience. (The Scramble) Each band will draw a number to determine the order of band performances and choose a band name announced before their performance.
There will be thirty minutes once all factors are decided for bands to prepare. The first Jam band has only that 30 minutes to prepare before their performance. Other than skill set, Its in the luck of the draw.
A winner will be determined by audience vote or by judges. A prize will be awarded to the winning jam band!
