Format: 45 minute score event (see below for explanation). Mass start 1830, although late starters can be accommodated until 1845. Controls recorded using either the MapRun App (see below), or manually using pen and paper! We will use maprun, so ensure you have downloaded the maprun v7 app to your phone, and Garmin users can use Maprun G from the Garmin IQ connect store. Check you have the latest version of MapRun, it should be MapRun 7.5.1.
