This will be a non-sanctioned, non-traditional BBQ Competition with categories of Brisket, Chicken & Ribs (MEAT PROVIDED) with an open dish People's Choice Category and a bonus Dessert & Sauce Category!
Schedule:
Friday, March 7th-
BBQ teams load-in: 3pm-8pm
Cooks Meeting: 6pm
Saturday March 8th-
Judges Meeting: 11am
Sauce Turn-In: Noon
Chicken Turn-In: 1:30pm
Rib Turn-In: 3:30pm
People’s Choice Tasting Begins: 3pm
Dessert Turn-In: 4:15pm
Brisket Turn-In: 5:30pm
People’s Choice Tasting Ends: 6pm
Backseat Heroes: 7-8pm
Awards: 8:30-8:50pm
