Ebensburg's Halloween Parade will begin at 1 pm at Dauntless Fire Hall. Trick-or-Treat will immediately follow. Be sure to stop for treats at the Ebensburg VFW, Wolf's Performing Arts who will have a spooky set-up at Penn Eben Gazebo and Codex Comic Books & Collectibles for a FREE comic book!
Residents who wish to participate in handing out candy are asked to leave their front porch light on.
