Jordan Lawrence is director of business development at EB5AN. He leads the structuring of EB-5 project offerings and the development of strategic partnerships. Bringing over five years of experience in real estate finance, development, online marketing, and international business, Jordan previously served as the Director of Operations at Houston EB5. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a double major in real estate/finance and entrepreneurial management from Texas Christian University’s Neeley School of Business.
Anahita George is a partner at the law firm George & Marzialo. She is one of the leading attorneys specializing in EB-5 petitions, with nearly 3,000 EB-5 filings and a 100% USCIS approval rate. She has used her expertise in tax and finance as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG, where she audited Fortune 500 companies such as Walmart and the Walt Disney Company. Anahita is a naturalized U.S. citizen originally from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, has been practicing law in the United States since 2014.
Jessica Yu is an immigration attorney at Inslee Best Doezie & Ryder, P.S. She specializes in corporate immigration, helping foreign nationals secure employment- and investment-based visas. She assists U.S. and multinational companies across industries in hiring and retaining foreign employees. With expertise in business transactions, tax, and bankruptcy law, she navigates complex visa categories like E-2, L-1, EB-1, EB-2/3, and EB-5. Jessica also advises on business formation, visa sponsorship, and status changes during mergers or sales, handling cases before USCIS, CBP, and the Department of State.
Tahmina Watson is the founder of Watson Immigration Law in Seattle, specializing in U.S. business immigration. She earned her law degree from Brunel University in London and became a barrister in 2002. She practiced criminal defense in the UK before moving to the U.S. in 2005 and was admitted to the New York Bar in 2006.
