About this Event

A practical, no-pressure session on how to nourish yourself during busy periods, low-motivation days, and health- or stress-related flare-ups. Designed for working professionals, immune-compromised individuals, and anyone navigating fluctuating energy who wants simple, realistic ways to eat well.

What we’ll cover:

  • How to make food choices that feel manageable and “worth it” on low-energy days, taking into account effort, appetite, and how your body responds.
  • Ways to simplify daily eating through defaults, repetition, and low-effort meal ideas that reduce decision fatigue.
  • How protein, fibre, and carbohydrates can support steadier energy and comfort, especially during stressful or symptomatic periods, without rigid food rules.
  • Reframing comfort eating into supportive comfort, recognising that nourishment includes both physical and emotional needs.
  • Simple pantry staples, convenience options, and flexible meal ideas that adapt to different energy levels, busy weeks, and recovery periods.

Interactive component:

A guided pantry-building exercise where participants create a personal low-energy food setup that suits their current capacity and lifestyle, with the aim of making everyday eating a little easier, not perfect.
