Eating Away at Food Waste

In this last class in partnership with Table to Garden we will go over the many ways you can use all the parts of food you thought were only good for compost. You will be surprised at how many things you thought were no longer useful are actually delicious, nutritious, great for your skin, your garden, and/or your home. Implementing even a few of the techniques you learn in this class could save you money and reduce your waste! Like the last two classes, we will have some great waste-reducing food samples for you to try!

This class will be located at the Delmar Divine at 5501 Delmar Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63112 in the Ameren Multipurpose Room. There is free street parking all along Belt Avenue.
