Our monthly Eat Well, Live Well series features a guest speaker on a health topic, a cooking demonstration, lunch and produce giveaway. Held on the second Monday of every month.THIS MONTH: Our guest speaker is Heather Richmond, a clinician at the AdventHealth Translational Research Center. She will be speaking on the topic "Food is Medicine".
Also, Chef Mark will be doing a cooking demonstration featuring some tasty autumn flavors, and showing some tips on how to plan ahead to make the holidays (or any days) a little easier.
