March: Potato Stew! If you're craving something simple and hearty, this is a dish you'll want to add in your meal-planning rotation soon. It's rich in a variety of vitamins and minerals you need to keep your whole body feeling well, plus, lots of potatoes for that comforting, meat-and-potatoes feel with loads of leftovers throughout the week.
What does Chef shilo say about this class session? "This recipe is one I made based off of my maternal grandmother's cooking. The prep is simple, and you only need to wash one stove pot at the end, so it's good for small kitchens."
