It doesn't have to be complicated.
As you enter perimenopause and menopause, your body undergoes many changes. These hormonal shifts can affect everything from mood and energy levels to sleep patterns and digestion. Nutrition can play a vital role in supporting your body through this transition.
In this workshop, we’ll explore how food can nourish and empower you during all phases of the menopause journey, and how the right nutrition choices can help you feel your best.
Learn how to choose foods that promote long-term well-being and vitality during this transformative phase of life. A delicious, nutritional snack will be provided. :)

She believes in joyful eating, curiosity in food preparation, and taking the time to enjoy nourishing choices with the people you love. She believes in a non-diet approach, meaning, she will focus on simple, nutritious, whole foods that work for you.
Erin has experience in oncology nutrition, yoga therapy, professional cooking and humanistic medicine.
