Eat The Rainbow with Sammy Barnett, Nutritionist
Looking for a fun screen free activity that will get your kids actually excited about their health and nutritious foods???
Join Sammy - nutritionist, mum of two, published author and runner up of the Jamie Oliver Food Hero Awards - for a wild and wonderful workshop where food meets fun and kids learn how their bodies actually work!
As part of Logan City Council's Krank Program, this one-of-a-kind session will have your kids laughing, experimenting and tasting a rainbow of foods, mindfully, of course!
Perfect for the curious kids aged 5-12, the Eat the Rainbow workshop explores:

- Hands-on digestion demo (we recreate the digestive system in all its messy glory);
- Taste-test games (including blindfolded food fun!)
- The power of colourful foods for energy, mood and focus;
- The brain gut connection made simple and silly.
This is a high-energy, interactive experience is led by a real-life nutritionist who makes veggies and the human body cooler than YouTube!
