Join Chicagoland's only full time professional forager Dave Odd for a Mother's Day weekend walk around Plainfield where he will teach you at least 50 edible/medicinal plants/mushrooms that grow right in your own backyard. Then it's back to Wine & Cheese for wine tasting and charcuterie.
The tasting will include 5 wines that will go with dishes you can prepare at home and a gorgeous charcuterie and grazing spread that includes foraged foods to enjoy. Meet right in front of Wine & Cheese, 24104 Lockport St #2901, Plainfield, IL 60544.
$40 a person for the walk, additional $45 for tasting.
