Forage with Chicago's renowned professional forager Dave Odd. Learn over 50 species of edible plants and possibly mushrooms too! Followed by a wonderful multi course meal made from the foraged things seen on the tour marvelously prepared at Khepri Kitchen + Coffee. The meal is often vegetarian and can easily be prepared vegan.
