Andy Mackenzie, Olympic High-Performance Coach and Certified Wim Hof Method Instructor, will speak on “Breathing New Life: From Suicide to Success and Beyond with The Wim Hof Method”. Libbla Kelly, Author and Positive Psychologist, along with Victoria Nielson, Universe Coach & Reader, will discuss “A Return to Your Original Self”. Caroline Idiens of Caroline Circuits will reveal how to stay stronger for longer in midlife, and Charlie Grey from Ask Charlie How will provide practical wisdom on homemaking, cooking and enhancing everyday life.
