Eat Well Tasmania and TUSA invite you to eat it all — a social, community dinner celebrating local produce and fighting food waste. We’re wasting nearly 4kgs of food at home every week. There’s going to be a 3-course dinner curated by food waste conscious chefs, plus great vibes with long tables in and amongst the garden, a warm, balmy Autumn evening (fingers crossed) and smooth blues from the Jive Dogs making you dance.
You’ll leave us full of food and waste fighting tips because we’ve lined up some waste-wise friends for great conversations (speakers to be announced soon!).
