Each month, we’ll step into the essence of a different season, discovering how seasonal foods can nourish our bodies and feed our spirits. But this series is more than just cooking—it’s about creating meaningful connections. We’ll explore how seasonal ingredients align with our body’s natural rhythms and support our overall wellness, adding depth to our understanding of food as a source of vitality and balance.
In each class, you'll enjoy cooking demos where you'll taste the freshly prepared dishes and savor the vibrant flavors of seasonal foods. But the experience doesn’t stop there—each session also includes a short discussion and a Reiki meditation led by Laura Sullivan of Joyful Wellbeing, connecting your physical nourishment with your energetic self.
The December, Festive Feasts for the Spirit session will feature Kale & Pomegranate Quinoa with Maple Mustard Dresing and focus on the Solar Plexus & Empowerment and Inner Strength.
