Give yourself permission to slow down and be held in the gentle energy of a quiet Sunday morning. This calming sound bath experience is intended to help you release the weight of the week, invite deep rest, and reset your nervous system with soothing sound and vibration.
MySoulSpace will guide you through a short relaxing meditation before immersing you in the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, the gong, chimes, and other vibrational instruments. As the sounds wash over you, the body naturally begins to unwind, the mind softens, and space opens for peace and renewal.
Comfort & What to Bring:We will provide some light comfort items, but you’ll be lying (or sitting) on the floor for the duration of the session, so please bring anything that helps you feel cozy and supported, such as:
- A yoga mat or padded mat to lie on
- A blanket and pillow or bolster for extra comfort and support
- An eye mask or scarf if you like deeper relaxation
- Water to stay hydrated
What to Expect:The space will be softly lit and set up for deep rest. No experience with meditation or sound healing is necessary — just come as you are.
Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to settle in, so you can ease right into the experience.
