About this Event
Some people find the love of their life in the form of another human being. Others know the love of their life is pizza. If this sounds like you, maybe it's time you learned how to cook the perfect Italian meal at home. We promise it's tasty, cheap and easy to learn, whatever your level.
Your two-course menu includes: Margherita Pizza, Handmade Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli
In this hands-on cookery class, you'll learn how to make your own pizza dough from scratch, shaping and topping it with a fresh tomato sauce and cheese. Plus, you'll see how easy it is to make your own fresh pasta, creating tasty ravioli with a delicious filling.
The course includes practical tuition from our trusted GHI chef tutors, recipes and ingredients, plus a glass of wine! Aprons and cooking equipment are provided for you to use on the day and all the food you cook is yours to take home and devour in front of a good movie.
