Are you over 50 and looking for a way to start getting in shape? Did you make a new year’s resolution to get healthier? Then this is for you! We invite you to join us for a fun easy exercise class Wednesdays at 9:30 a.m. in the library’s community room. This class will cover two different series of exercises. Through gentle cardio you will build strength and increase your flexibility with these easy and diverse routines.Coordinated by Assistant Librarian, Jeanne Wilt, this program features video instruction by certified health coach and fitness trainer Karen Brown. Through her choreographed fitness routines and knowledge of anatomy and physiology she will show people how to get stronger and feel healthier.
