What to expect:
Whether you’re a Lindy Hop lover who is Blues-curious, or a Blues dance afficionado with a leaning toward Lindy, or someone who embraces all the dances equally, there’ll be music and dancing for you at this Easy Does It swing dance party.
🎶Hours of social dancing: We’re thrilled to have Justin Fermino’s 5-piece band playing three sets of live music for swing and blues dancing. Sax, trumpet, piano, bass & drums, courtesy of Justin, Eamon McNelis, Monique DiMatina, Jono Brown and Jack O’Dell.
💃🕺Complimentary Blues/Swing dance lesson: Start the evening with an open-to-everyone class, taught by Shob & Joel, legends of the local swing and blues dance scene. Suitable for beginners and perfect for meeting new people.
🪩Performances: Enjoy performances from special guests, highlighting Blues and Lindy Hop dancing.
