This week we'll be featuring an aerial workshop taught by Savanna Kraft AKA @themotivationfairy!
Savanna has been teaching aerial hoop for 2 years, alongside performing and doing ambient work. Her teaching repertoire also includes pole, floor work, sensual movement, personal training, boot camp conditioning, and aerial conditioning. She is deeply passionate about the mind-body connection, which she states "fuels everything I do."
This work shop is for complete beginners to intermediate aerialists!

**What should I expect?
Friendly faces and welcoming spaces. Open jams are an unstructured time to come together and practice flow arts while building connections and community. Many love teaching. All props, skill levels and movement modalities are encouraged and welcome!
We plan to host workshops on a monthly basis. Let the event host know if you're interested in teaching!
**Don't have a prop of your own? We've always got extra to share.

Workshop fee is on a sliding scale/pay-what-you-can basis. $10-35 suggested.

COVID Guidelines
- Masks are not required but are strongly encouraged. There will be extra masks available at the entry way for anyone who needs one.
- Please stay home if you have any symptoms of COVID or have been recently exposed to someone who is sick. If you recently attended a large, indoor gathering, please consider skipping, wearing a high quality mask, and/or taking an at home COVID test.
- Be mindful of people's physical boundaries by asking first - especially before hugging or touching others.
