About this Event
The City of Eastpointe is developing a Master Plan and Economic Development & Placemaking Strategy. These plans will be our community’s long-term policy guide and roadmap for how it wants to grow, change, and thrive. It reflects the community’s vision and values and helps guide decisions by local leaders, residents, business owners, developers, and other partners. Citizens’ input on the future of their community is extremely important, which is where you come in.
The City of Eastpointe will be hosting two self-guided, interactive open houses, led by consulting firm TPMA. Through your participation, we would like to gather your insights and better understand:
- Current perceptions of Eastpointe
- Future vision for Eastpointe, including housing, placemaking, and more
- Strategies to achieve that vision, including economic development strategies, and more
These open houses are open to all Eastpointe community members, so please help us spread the word!
The two-hour open houses will be held at LFA Hall #57 (16140 Aurora Ave, Eastpointe, MI 48021) on Tuesday, September 23rd, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and Wednesday, September 24th, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Light refreshments will be provided.
